A creamy coffee pudding with a hint of raspberry. Great for dessert!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 dl strong milk coffee
- Sugar to taste
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the strong milk coffee, sugar, and potato starch.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture begins to thicken.
3. Once the pudding reaches your desired consistency, remove it from heat.
4. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and top with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
5. Serve warm or chilled.
