Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave.
2. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Pour the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream.
