Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds or flaxseeds)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 0.5 dl coconut oil
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots)
- A pinch of salt
- Yogurt pudding for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and salt.
3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and honey together. Combine with the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the muesli is golden brown. Stir halfway through for even baking.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Finally, add the dried fruits.
7. Serve the muesli with yogurt pudding.
