Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 5 dl light cream - 1 dl dark roasted ground coffee
- 1/2 dl sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 dl cornstarch (e.g., Maizena)
- 1 dl room temperature cream (for mixing)
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, measure 5 dl of light cream and 1 dl of ground coffee. Heat the mixture until it reaches boiling point and let it simmer for a few minutes.2. Strain the coffee liquid into a separate bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix the sugar and cornstarch with 1 dl of room temperature cream until smooth.
4. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the coffee-flavored cream and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Pour the pudding into a serving dish and place it in the refrigerator to set.
