Ingredients:
- 6 dl milk - 1/2 dl sugar
- 3/4 dl cornstarch
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1 pinch (1/5 tsp) salt
- 3/4 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the cold milk, sugar, cornstarch, instant coffee powder, and salt. Mix well.2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
3. Allow it to simmer gently for a few minutes, then remove the saucepan from the heat.
4. Add the vanilla sugar and stir to combine.
5. Place the saucepan in a cold water bath and stir until the mixture reaches room temperature (this prevents the pudding from forming a skin).
6. Pour the pudding into serving bowls or a dish.
7. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
