A delicious and creamy coffee pudding that's perfect for dessert or a sweet snack. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl heavy cream
- 1/2 dl ground coffee
- 1/4 dl sugar (or to taste)
- 1/4 dl cornstarch
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine 3 dl of the heavy cream and the ground coffee. Heat for a few minutes until the mixture is hot.
2. Strain out the coffee grounds from the mixture.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining cream, sugar, and cornstarch until well combined.
4. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the coffee-infused cream and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.
5. Transfer the coffee pudding into serving dishes.
6. Serve warm or chill in the refrigerator. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
