A delicious and rich chocolate muffin recipe. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl liquid margarine
- 2.5 dl sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 dl whipping cream
- 4.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 dl milk chocolate (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tray with liners.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the liquid margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Pour in the whipping cream and mix until smooth.
5. Combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder, then gradually add it to the mixture.
6. Finally, fold in the melted dark chocolate and chopped milk chocolate.
7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin liners and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow the muffins to cool before serving. Enjoy!
