Ingredients

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g white chocolate
- 3 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Crumble the digestive biscuits finely and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whip the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir the melted dark chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
6. Melt the white chocolate and whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream.
7. Spread the white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate filling.
8. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Serve chilled and cut into small slices.
