A delicious and filling breakfast or snack that combines crispy French bread, eggs, and ham.

Ingredients:

- 4 slices of French bread
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 100 g ham (e.g., smoked ham)

Instructions:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly. Add the milk and mix well.
2. Place ham slices on top of two slices of French bread and cover with the remaining slices.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
5. Fry the sandwiches in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve immediately while warm.
