Ingredients

- 1 liter cheese milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 1½ deciliters sugar

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, and cook until the sugar transforms into a syrup consistency.
2. Warm a cake pan and pour the syrup mixture into it, swirling a bit to coat the sides.
3. Mix the vanilla sugar and remaining sugar into the cheese milk.
4. Pour the cheese milk mixture over the syrup in the pan.
5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
6. Place the pan in a larger baking dish and pour hot water into the larger dish until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the pudding pan.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes, until the pudding is set.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
