Serving Size: 2 loaves
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup warm water (slightly warmer than body temperature)
- 1 packet dry yeast (11 g)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 8-9 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Pour the warm water into a bowl and add the dry yeast, rolled oats, and wheat bran. Mix well.
2. Add the salt and stir until combined.
3. Gradually incorporate the shredded cheese and knead in the all-purpose flour until the dough is elastic.
4. Divide the dough into two loaf pans and cover with a kitchen towel. Let it rise until doubled in size.
5. Mist the surface of the loaves with water and bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (225°C) for about 30-40 minutes.
6. Allow the loaves to cool before serving.
