Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries - 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Instructions:
1. Rinse the strawberries and chop them into small pieces, saving a few larger pieces for garnish. 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
4. Add shredded coconut and sugar to the whipped cream and mix well.
5. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the whipped cream, then add the chopped strawberries. Mix carefully to maintain the texture of the strawberries.
6. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and top with extra strawberry slices and shredded coconut for garnish.
