A delicious Italian dish combining pasta, bacon, and cream. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 150 g bacon or guanciale
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, saving some of the pasta water.
5. Toss the pasta with the bacon and garlic in the skillet. Remove from heat.
6. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
7. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and stir quickly. Add reserved pasta water as needed for a creamy sauce.
8. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
