Juustofondue

A delicious and social dinner where melted cheese is enjoyed by dipping rustic bread pieces. Perfect for sharing with friends or family! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 200 g Gruyère cheese
- 2 dl white wine
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
- Skewers or fondue utensils
- Rustic bread for serving
Instructions:
1. Grate the cheeses and mix them with the cornstarch.
2. Halve the garlic clove and rub it on the inside of the fondue pot.
3. Pour the white wine into the pot and heat gently.
4. Gradually add the cheese mixture to the wine while stirring continuously until the cheese has completely melted.
5. Stir in the lemon juice and season with black pepper.
6. Transfer the pot to a warm stove or fondue burner.
7. Serve with pieces of rustic bread and enjoy!
