Juustofondue

A delicious cheese fondue perfect for sharing, made with a blend of cheeses and a hint of apple juice. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g Koskenlaskija cheese
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 2 dl apple juice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 baguette (or French bread), cubed
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grate both cheeses into a bowl.
2. Peel and halve the garlic clove, then rub it inside the fondue pot.
3. Pour the apple juice into the pot and heat over low heat.
4. Gradually add the grated cheese to the apple juice, stirring constantly until melted.
5. Mix the cornstarch with a small amount of water, then add it to the cheese mixture, stirring until the fondue thickens.
6. Season with black pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and dip the bread cubes into the fondue. Enjoy!
