- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Icing sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
4. Sift in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently mix until all ingredients are combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool slightly, cut into pieces, and dust with icing sugar before serving.
