A rich and moist chocolate cake that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir well to combine.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the batter, and mix until fully combined.
6. Pour in the milk and stir until the batter is smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with chocolate frosting.
