- 400 g smoked beef brisket- 200 g smoked lamb
- 30 g butter
- 200 g smoked pork shoulder
- 3 dl water
Instructions:
1. Slice the smoked meats into thin strips.2. Boil the meat slices in a small amount of water for 1-2 hours, depending on the toughness of the meat.
3. Add butter to taste and mix well.
