Ingredients:- 800 g new potatoes
- 400 g fish (such as salmon or whitefish)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as dill and parsley)
- 500 g grilled meat (such as chicken or beef)
- 100 ml marinade (such as soy sauce or BBQ sauce)
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
Instructions:
1. Boil the new potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Prepare the fish by seasoning it with lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Grill the fish over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Prepare the grilled meat by marinating it in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. Grill the meat over high heat until cooked through.
5. Make the salad by mixing together the red onion, bell pepper, and cucumber. Season with salt and olive oil if desired.
6. Serve the boiled potatoes, grilled fish, and meat with fresh herbs. Add the salad to the side.
