Delicious Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet and cook the bacon or pancetta until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the bacon and mix well.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta-bacon mixture. Stir rapidly to prevent the eggs from scrambling.
6. If the mixture is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese on top.
