Joulutortut with Yogurt

Delicious Christmas pastries where yogurt adds a unique flavor. Perfect dessert for the holiday table. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 pastries
Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 200 g yogurt (e.g., plain or vanilla)
- 100 g jam (e.g., plum or apple)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into squares (about 10x10 cm).
3. Make cuts at the corners of each square but do not cut all the way to the center.
4. Place 1-2 teaspoons of jam in the center of each square.
5. Add yogurt on top of the jam.
6. Fold the corners towards the center, forming a star shape.
7. Brush the pastries with beaten egg.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
