A festive beer brewed from pure domestic barley, perfect for the holiday season. Preparation Time: About 4-6 weeks
Serving Size: 20-25 bottles (0.5 L)
Ingredients:
- 5 kg malted barley- 1 kg caramel malt
- 50 g hops (coarse quality)
- 1 packet of beer yeast
- 10 liters of water
- Sugar (for bottling)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the barley grains and soak them in water for about 12 hours.2. Boil the soaked grains in 10 liters of water for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Add the caramel malt and boil for another 30 minutes.
4. Strain the liquid and add the hops. Boil for an additional 60 minutes.
5. Quickly cool the beer and transfer it to a fermentation vessel.
6. Add the beer yeast and seal the vessel tightly.
7. Allow the beer to ferment in a cool place for about 4-6 weeks.
8. Bottle the beer, adding sugar for carbonation, and let it mature for a few more weeks before enjoying.
