A delicious Christmas beer made from pure domestic barley malt, offering a unique flavor experience for the festive season.
Preparation Time: 2 weeks (fermentation and conditioning)
Serving Size: 20 liters

Ingredients:

- 6 kg Barke malt barley
- 1 kg crushed wheat
- 0.5 kg food-grade oats
- 0.5 kg rapeseed or canola
- 50 g hops (from Germany or the Czech Republic)
- 1 packet of beer yeast
- 20 liters of water

Instructions:

1. Measure the malt barley and soak it in water at 65 °C for about 60 minutes.
2. Strain the wort from the grains and bring the liquid to a boil.
3. Add the hops to the boiling liquid and cook for 60 minutes.
4. Rapidly cool the wort until it reaches about 20 °C.
5. Add the beer yeast and mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a clean fermentation vessel and seal it tightly.
7. Allow to ferment at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks or until fermentation is complete.
8. Bottle the beer and let it mature for another 1-2 weeks before enjoying.
