A delightful dessert that creates a festive atmosphere with multiple flavor options.

Serving Size: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
- 200 g gingerbread cookies
- 100 g butter
- 300 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g berries (e.g., lingonberries and cranberries)
- 1 dl cream
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1. Crumble the gingerbread cookies and melt the butter. Mix them together and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving dish.
2. In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Whip the cream and gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
4. Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the gingerbread base.
5. Sprinkle the berries and nuts on top of the mascarpone layer.
6. Drizzle honey over the top for decoration and added flavor.
7. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
