A delicious and nutritious snack bar made with oats, almond flour, and dark chocolate. Perfect for a quick energy boost!

Ingredients:

- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl almond flour
- 1 dl honey
- 1 dl peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1/2 dl nuts (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, and salt together.
3. Add the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract, and stir until the mixture is well combined.
4. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate and nuts until evenly distributed.
5. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten the surface.
6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
