Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler. Stir well to combine.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Gently fold in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly gooey in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
