Ingredients:
- 2 dl gluten-free flour blend - 1 dl almond flour
- 1 dl gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 dl oat milk or other plant-based milk
- 1/2 dl oil (e.g., canola or olive oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dl nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a bread pan or line it with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add honey, oat milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
4. If using nuts or seeds, fold them into the batter.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the bread is cooked through and golden brown on top.
7. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing.
