A delicious Italian meat dish that adds flavor and style to your holiday table. Rolled turkey fillets with sage butter and Parma ham are a perfect alternative to traditional ham. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 500 g turkey fillets
- 100 g Parma ham
- 50 g butter
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 dl white wine
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Melt the butter and mix in the chopped sage leaves. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Take the turkey fillets and spread the sage butter over them.
4. Place the Parma ham on top of the fillets and roll them tightly into bundles.
5. Secure the rolls with toothpicks or string to hold their shape.
6. Sear the rolls in a hot skillet for a few minutes on each side until they are beautifully browned.
7. Transfer the rolls to a baking dish, pour the white wine over them, and cover with foil.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
9. Allow the rolls to rest for a moment before slicing.
10. Cut into thin slices and serve on your holiday table.
