A delicious Italian meat dish made with thin slices of veal, prosciutto, and sage leaves. This dish is a delightful treat that will tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients:

- 500 g veal loin (or other meat)
- Prosciutto (approximately 4-8 slices)
- 8-10 sage leaves
- Flour (for dusting)
- 2 dl white wine
- Butter (for frying)
- Salt
- Pepper (preferably white pepper)

Instructions:

1. Pound the meat into very thin slices and let it come to room temperature before cooking.
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place 1 or 2 slices of prosciutto on top of the meat and add a sage leaf.
4. Roll the meat tightly and secure it with kitchen twine or a toothpick.
5. Lightly dust the rolls with flour.
6. Heat butter in a pan and brown the meat rolls on both sides.
7. Pour the white wine into the pan and let the meat simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, turning the rolls occasionally to keep them in the sauce.
8. Serve the dish with risotto, pasta, or rice. The sauce makes an excellent topping.
