Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
