A delicious and quick Italian dish featuring spaghetti, pancetta, and a creamy sauce. Perfect for dinner or lunch.

Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 150 g pancetta or bacon
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
2. In a pan over medium heat, fry the pancetta or bacon until crispy. Add crushed garlic cloves to the pan and sauté for another minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of salt and plenty of black pepper.
4. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the pancetta in the pan. Remove from heat to prevent the egg mixture from scrambling.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and toss quickly. Add reserved cooking water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
