Töttöröt are delightful, crispy pastries that can be filled with apple-mint sorbet or other delicious fillings. They are easy to make and serve as a fantastic dessert or snack.

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ dl sugar
- ¾ dl all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until frothy.
2. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until a smooth batter forms.
3. Grease well-cleaned baking sheets with melted butter and lightly dust with flour.
4. Using a tablespoon, drop small dollops of batter onto the baking sheets, leaving space between them. Spread the dollops into circles about 12 cm in diameter.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 225-250°C (437-482°F) until they are golden brown.
6. Immediately detach the pastries with a thin sharp knife and shape them into cones while they are still warm. Place the cones upright in glasses to cool.
7. If the cones harden before shaping, return the baking sheet to the oven for a short time to soften them again.
