Delicious cake-like pastries filled with whipped cream and berries, perfect as a sweet snack or dessert. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 pieces
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs - 1 egg white
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- Butter or margarine for greasing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Grease baking sheets lined with parchment paper. 2. Whisk the eggs and egg white with sugar until fluffy.
3. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour.
4. Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheets in eight mounds, leaving space between them as the batter will spread while baking.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the töttöröt are golden brown.
6. Remove the sheets from the oven and immediately roll the töttöröt while hot. Place the seam side down on the table to keep them intact as they cool.
7. Allow the töttöröt to cool and then fill them with whipped cream and berries before serving.
