These delicious muffins combine the flavors of coffee and cocoa, making them the perfect sweet treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

- 0.5 dl coffee
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 100 g melted butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 0.5 dl whipped vanilla cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp Xante liqueur (for soaking)
- Hazelnut spread for topping
- American muffin cups

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and coffee.
3. Add the whipped vanilla cream to the mixture and stir well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then mix into the wet mixture.
5. Divide the batter into muffin cups and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
6. Allow the muffins to cool for a moment. Soak each muffin with Xante liqueur.
7. Top with hazelnut spread and serve.
