Ingredients:

- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 2 cans of anchovy fillets with brine
- 4 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and onions. Slice the potatoes into thin strips and finely chop the onions.
2. Drain the anchovy fillets and cut them into smaller pieces.
3. In a baking dish, layer the potato strips, onions, and anchovies. Sprinkle a pinch of salt between the layers.
4. Pour the cream and milk over the ingredients in the dish.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 1 hour. You can let it sit in the residual heat for another hour for enhanced flavor.
