Ingredients:
- 1 can (400 g) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
1. Place the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and cumin in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust the flavor by adding more salt or lemon juice if necessary.
