This delicious rabbit pâté is a perfect addition to your festive table or a weekend treat. It's easy to make and the end result is sure to be flavorful!

Ingredients:
- 500 g rabbit meat
- 250 g ground pork
- 150 g bacon (chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 dl red wine
- 1 dl nuts (finely chopped, e.g., walnuts)
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet and cook the bacon until crispy. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
2. Cut the rabbit meat into small pieces and mix it with the pork, bacon, onion, and garlic in a bowl.
3. Add the eggs, cream, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and red wine to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Finally, stir in the chopped nuts until the mixture is smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the surface.
6. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 1.5 hours or until the pâté is cooked through.
7. Allow it to cool before serving. Serve with bread and jam.
