Ingredients:
- 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 200 g white chocolate
- 3 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 package of fondant (about 250 g)

- Cake base (e.g., vanilla cake base)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cake base and let it cool completely.
2. Make the raspberry-white chocolate mousse: Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Whip the heavy cream until fluffy and mix in the sugar and vanilla sugar.
3. Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the cream mixture. Finally, add the crushed raspberries and mix until smooth.
