Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 liter vanilla ice cream
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g berries (e.g., raspberries and blueberries)
- 100 g chocolate chips
- For decoration: powdered sugar and edible decorations

Instructions:

1. Take the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for about 15 minutes.
2. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until it forms soft peaks.
3. Gently fold the softened ice cream into the whipped cream mixture.
4. Add the berries and chocolate chips to the mixture and stir gently.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
6. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
7. Remove the cake from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Decorate with powdered sugar and edible decorations.
