Ingredients:
- 300 g frozen cranberries
- 4 servings of vegan vanilla ice cream
- 200 g sugar
- 100 ml oat milk
- 50 g vegan butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Place the frozen cranberries in a serving dish.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the sugar until it starts to melt and turns golden brown.
3. Add the vegan butter to the melted sugar and stir until the butter has melted.
4. Carefully pour the oat milk into the mixture and stir until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
5. Simmer the sauce on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until it thickens.
6. Scoop the vegan vanilla ice cream onto plates, top with frozen cranberries, and drizzle the warm caramel sauce over them.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the festive flavor!
