Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 150 g Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the diced chicken fillets to the pan and cook until golden brown.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and basil. Mix well.
6. Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the dish. Allow the cheese to melt.
7. Serve immediately, paired with a fresh salad.
