Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
2. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown.
3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
5. Add the hot pasta to the pan with bacon. Remove the pan from heat.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and quickly stir to allow the eggs to cook slightly in the heat of the pasta. Add reserved cooking water as needed to create a creamy consistency.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional grated Parmesan if desired.
