Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
