A summer delight where grilled avocados are enhanced with BBQ cream cheese. A perfect snack or side dish for summer grilling moments.

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 jalapeños
- 100 g BBQ cream cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits, leaving the skins on for grilling.
3. Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds for less heat, if desired.
4. Brush the tops of the avocados and jalapeños with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the avocados and jalapeños on the grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until they have nice grill marks.
6. Remove from the grill and spoon BBQ cream cheese onto the avocados.
7. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
