Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Optional: berries or fruits (e.g., blueberries or apples)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add room temperature butter and sugar. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
4. Incorporate the eggs and milk, stirring well to combine.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
6. If desired, add berries or fruits on top of the batter.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
