Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir continuously for about 3 minutes.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the garlic cream sauce until well coated.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
