A rich and moist chocolate cake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave. Mix well.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently mix until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and level the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve it with whipped cream.
