A delicious and easy way to prepare a restaurant-quality home-cooked meal inspired by Tomi Björk's cookbook. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 100 g fresh basil, chopped
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent.
3. Add the chicken fillets and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Stir in the diced bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped basil and crumbled feta cheese.
7. Serve immediately, paired with rice or a fresh salad.
