This delicious pecan pie is the perfect dessert for celebrations or everyday indulgence. Its rich filling combines sweet pecans and creamy goodness, making it incredibly tasty.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 200 g pecan nuts
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g whipped cream
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml whipped cream (for filling)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 50 g butter (melted)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Roll out the pie crust and shape it into a pie dish. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix together sugar, cornstarch, vanilla sugar, and salt.
4. Add eggs, melted butter, and 100 ml of whipped cream. Mix well.
5. Stir in the pecan nuts until evenly distributed.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked pie crust.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the filling is set.
8. Allow to cool before serving, and optionally top with additional whipped cream.
