Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, and white chocolate)
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 100 grams butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans until well combined.
4. Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
5. Shape the dough into about 28 balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
6. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until they are set but still soft.
7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
